How it works
- Select the date on our calendar and click on the ‘BOOK NOW” button. Availability is limited to 10 (ten) placements per Newsletter edition.
- When finished navigate to your cart to checkout. On the checkout page, you will be able to paste and/or upload your materials such as images (Up to 3) and text.
- After receiving your order, our production team will get in contact with you.
- We’ll produce and send you proof of your placement subject to your approval before distribution.
- After your approval, the Newsletter Placement will be published on our platform and scheduled for distribution.
Guidelines
- 250 – 800 words of copy. Paste it in the “Newsletter Feature Copy” field at checkout as non-formatted simple text.
- Upload 1-3 images, RGB mode, 72dpi resolution, JPG, PNG, GIF supported. Minimum width of 600 pixels, preferably horizontal.
- Include all relevant URLs and/or links including links of interest, your website’s URL, social media pages, ticket sales, PDF catalog download and online video links.
- Supports UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) codes.
- Indicate the advertiser’s name and selected date in the “Notes” field at checkout.
