Miami Art Guide is responsible for the announcement’s preparation and the client is responsible for review and approval before distribution. Advertising is accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and/or its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. Miami Art Guide will not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents or subject matters contained in advertisements including, but not limited to, claims or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism and/or copyright infringement.
