Onstage Theatre Project presents The Fantasticks

From Oct 22nd through Nov 5th, 2006Onstage Theatre Project in Boyton Beach presents The Fantasticks, with Lyrics by Tom Jones and Music by Harvey Schmidt. This play tells the story of a boy and a girl whose parents, in an inspired piece of reverse psychology, invent a feud to bring their children together. The ruse is successful and the young couple falls in love, but as their romance moves beyond stolen moonlit evenings, they become dissatisfied, craving adventure and wider experience of the world.
