Bass Museum of Art From Feb 13th through Jul 19th, 2007Dina Knapp, an artist of the Art to Wear movement of the 1960s, is known for her textile works which have been exhibited at the Textile Museum in Washington, D.C., and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, among others. Recent works will be on view at the Bass Museum of Art, including sewn vinyl collages with photographic images of pin-up girls, vintage postcards from Cuba, novelty fabrics, and everyday as well as unique objects – from plastic fruit to a rubber squid. The exhibit space is the Lydia and Burton Harrison Café.
