Fiscal Year: 2006-2007Provides grants to small and mid-sized, semi-professional and professional organizations whose primary mission is the year-round creation, presentation, exhibition or performance of cultural activities. Applicants to this program must have a total prior year’s organizational budget of $100,000 or more.
