Our Lady of Allapattah is a drama by Christopher Demos Brown. Finalist for the Eugene O’Neil Playwriting Competition, Our Lady of Allapattah is the riveting story of an inexplicable religious image that appears on the side of a Miami strip mall and the two police detectives brought in to investigate. Soon they find themselves engaged with Eddie Camaro, a brilliant but morally depraved slumlord owner turned cult leader. It is a play that explores the relevance of faith and ultimately tests the strength of friendship. Demos Brown is a new writer whose voice is not to be missed nor is his World Premiere Play.
