ArtServe and The Atlantic Hotel and Spa

New Partnership January, 2007ArtServe and The Atlantic Hotel and Spa have announced a collaborative partnership created to enrich the Fort Lauderdale cultural community. Through the creation of a cultural arts series: Exploring World Experiences, tourism and the arts unite for a dynamic new program. The series is designed to showcase the talents of local visual and performing artists representing the diverse cultural climate in Broward County. Each quarter The Atlantic will feature the works of a local artist and on the opening night of each show host an art reception featuring ArtServe members where guests of the hotel, as well as community members and art patrons will have the opportunity to enjoy an evening of fine art, decedent cuisine and cultural appreciation. The partnership officially began with an opening reception, free to the public, on January 17th, 2007 at The Atlantic Hotel and Spa located North Fort Lauderdale Beach. The event showcased visual and performing artists including pianist and composer Jamie Lombana, flamenco guitarist Bob Folse and Gold Coast Jazz Society.
